Very nice but its in a walled area across from water treatment plant and the street in the area are poorly lit. Near low rent housing.
Had a wonderful stay here for the second time while on a two week trip the rooms were amazing. Everything worked fantastic. Everything was clean hallways clean daily. The pool was in great shape with beautiful water. Outdoor washrooms were always clean and tidy very secure location and the staff were great Nicer (host) was always available on WhatsApp with suggestions on places to go organizing taxis English speaking will definitely stay here again. Had a wonderful stay and beautiful showers with hot water.!
My wife and I just got back from 2 weeks staying here. We have done it all in Huatulco. All inclusive, townhouse, apartments. Have to say we will be back here. The place is VERY clean and smells great. They must light incense now and then. Couple smaller restaurants by. We see comments about not being close to anything. Walk. Its a 13 min walk to Chedraui and 17 to La Crucecita. You are shoveling tacos and beer in your face hole you can use the steps haha. Thanks again and we will be back.
El área común está muy bueno. La piscina exquisita y los árboles y naturaleza de gran belleza. Se siente una vibra comunitaria ya que muchos se quedan por largas temporadas . Al haber cocinas en ellos departamentos es conveniente. También hay un mercado y lavandería al lado que es muy conveniente. Es un barrio tranquilo y silencioso. Todo está muy limpio y ordenado. Los departamentos son básicos hay varias cosas para cocinar pero al menos podría haber aceite , sal, té , café etc. Yo soy muy sensible a la luz artificial y además con niños trato que antes de dormir tengamos un tiempo de luz cálida y leve y lamentablemente el departamento tiene luces LED blancas ( no cálidas) y muy fuertes así que era o estar a obscura o estar en una sala de cirugía. Las piezas tenían una lámpara así que al menos ahí podíamos tener mejor luz al ponerles unas ropas encima para que no sean tan fuertes. Hay toalla de playa que es apreciado cuando uno viaja. y tienen también colgadero para ropa que fue muy útil. gracias!
Reservé mi hospedaje en booking y a buen precio! El lugar está muy lindo , su área de alberca (muy bonita )y terraza comunal tranquila y bien cuidada! Los cuartos minimalistas modernos y con todo lo básico para una estadía cómoda y tranquila . Las entradas son independientes y la comunicación con los administradores amigable . La ubicación ; no está en centro centro pero la vrd es que todo está super cerca en Huatulco rentamos una moto y fue de lo más cómodo y práctico y llegar aquí era fácil .
Esta en un lugar muy tranquilo, aproximadamente a 15 minutos caminando de la bahía más cercana, tiene tiendas con lo básico a unos 300 metros. La habitación es espaciosa; tiene estufa, refrigerador, utensilios de cocina, televisor, aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Las áreas comunes están limpias e incluso tienen algunos libros por si olvidaste algo para leer. La alberca es pequeña, pero está limpia. Todos los huéspedes súper respetuosos y tranquilos. La entrada es con clave (tanto a las habitaciones como al lugar) lo que lo hace seguro.
This place was an amazing stay- it was clean, modern and very spacious with great air con and a pool. The host was welcoming and helpful- even booked our airport taxi for us! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again and recommend. Although it is a little further from some beaches , taxis are easy to find and have set prices. Chahue beach is the closest and Santa Cruz beach is also about 30 min walk. It's also close to a few local restaurants and a supermarket.
Very close to Santa Cruz and Crucecita, 20 minute walk either direction. This is a newer condo plus you can drink the water. The only place in Mexico that you can drink the water. Very clean and Monz made us feel at home.
